Dr. Rhoda Wolle serves as the vice president of organizational development for Kingdom Workers, a worldwide mission organization. She lives to celebrate what Jesus has done and help ignite purpose in the lives of fellow Christians! She is the former dean of student success and faculty development at Wisconsin Lutheran College. As an educational psychologist, Rhoda has taught workshops on four continents and has spoken to thousands on the topics of student success and the science of thriving. She is the cohost of the podcast 5toThrive and has authored multiple books. She is a member of St. Marcus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, music, reading, golf, pickleball, and walks with her dog.
